​NetClient portals are free for clients and contacts. We will be happy to create your portal at your request; simply contact our office. Once we receive your request we will send you an email with instructions for creating your Login and Password. Once you create your credentials you will be able to access your web portal or your mobile app.

​Many of our clients already use portals, even if they don't recognize the application. Bank, brokerages, retail sites, and government services all employ portal technology. NetClient portals provide encrypted, password protected access to your confidential accounting documents and files. In addition, you can transmit confidential and personally identifying information to us using the same secure serivce. Due to the risks of identity theft, we recommend NetClient portals instead of email to transmit confidential information.

Yes, it's easy to use your mobile device's camera to send us images of documents securely. 

1. Open the NetClient CS mobile app on your device.
2. Click the menu button in the top left corner of the app.
3. Click "File Exchange."
4. Choose a folder to save the images.
5. Click the "+" button and choose to use the camera or photo library.
6. Lay any documents on a flat surface and smooth out any folds.
7. Take pictures of each page or form, front and back if necessary.
8. Once you have a good picture of the page or form choose "Use Photo."
9. The images will be encrypted and uploaded to your NetClient Portal and will be available to us to download.

Yes, almost any file type can be uploaded to your NetClient portal. To upload one or more files, follow these instructions.

1. Using a web browser, navigate to www.ygcpafirm.com.
2. In the top right corner click "Client Login" or from the site menu click "Resources," "NetClient Portals," and "Client Login" from the NetClient Links section.
3. Enter your NetClient Portal credentials.
4. On the left-hand side of the portal click "File Exchange" from the Documents section.
5. Choose the most appropriate folder in which to upload the file(s).
6. Click "Upload" from the row of commands across the top of the screen.
7. Either drag and drop files from your computer to the light gray area of the screen or click "Add files." 
8. Once you drag and drop the files or select the files from the Open dialog click "Start upload."
